Refund and Returns Policy
Because laboratory research materials are temperature-sensitive and cannot be restocked after shipment, completed and delivered orders are generally not eligible for return.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Email support@vortexpeptidelabs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipping package and affected items.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping delays
Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. We will assist with available tracking investigations and carrier claims.

All products are sold strictly for legitimate laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use.
