Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@vortexpeptidelabs.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Carrier delays and risk
Tracking information is provided when available. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier. Report lost, damaged, or significantly delayed shipments promptly so we can review the available records.
Temperature and storage
Shipping conditions are not a substitute for proper laboratory storage after delivery. Review the product label and available documentation upon receipt.
Restrictions
We may decline shipment to locations or customers when legal, carrier, payment, safety, or compliance concerns exist.
